Privacy Policy
A plain-language overview of enquiry data and how it is used.
Information submitted
When you use the enquiry form, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, suburb, selected service and project notes. The form does not request a street address at the first step.
Why information is used
Information is used to route your enquiry, respond to your request and maintain a record of the enquiry. We do not place personal form details into analytics events.
Lead storage
When you submit an enquiry, the submitted details may be stored in a shared, site-aware Cloudflare D1 database used by this service-area network. Records are separated by site identifier and may include your name, phone number, email address, suburb, selected service, project notes, landing page and basic request metadata. No automatic deletion or retention period is currently configured, so records may be retained until they are manually reviewed and removed by the site operator.
Email notifications
Valid enquiries are routed through Cloudflare Workers to the site operator and client contact channels so the enquiry can be followed up. Email delivery status is recorded with the lead. The site operator should be contacted if you believe an enquiry has been sent in error or you want to ask about a stored record.
Security and third-party services
Cloudflare Turnstile is used to help prevent spam and automated submissions. The managed form Worker verifies the Turnstile response before storing or emailing a lead. Cloudflare infrastructure is also used for form processing, database storage and email delivery. The site may use optional measurement tools such as Google Tag Manager, analytics tracking or Google Search Console verification when those identifiers are configured. Their use should be reviewed against the final deployment configuration.
Questions
For privacy questions, contact the site operator using the details on the Contact page.
